pcd 1905. Multicoloured picture postcard with a photograph of Pali Mountain. Sent from Paauilo, Hawaii to Ukiaih, California. Franked with one example of Scott #300. Shows circular datestamp of  "PAAUILO", arranged in a duplex with "HAWAII" in small circle alongside. The postcard has a few wrinkles at right. The stamp is in perfect condition. Paauilo is a scarce postmark. There are also transits of Honolulu, and arrival markings of San  Francisco. 39.00

pcd 1905. Multicoloured picture postcard with photograph of a native homestead. Sent from LAUPAHOEHOE, with circular datestamp, to Los Angeles, California. Franked with one example of Scott #300. There is a transit postmark of Honolulu, and arrival of Los Angeles. Postcard and  stamp are in very fine condition, entirely without faults. Laupahoehoe is a scarce postmark. 1906. Multicoloured picture postcard with picture of the erupting Mauna Loa volcano, and lava flow. (#20 in the "Greetings from Hawaiian Islands" series). Sent from KEALIA to San Jose, California, and forwarded to Cupertino, California. Franked with one example of Scott #300, tied by KEALIA circular datestamp, with Honolulu transit, and San Jose arrival datestamps. Postcard and stamp are in perfect condition, without faults. The KEALIA town datestamp is very scarce (rarity factor of 9).Very attractive early multicoloured postcard. 50.00

pcd 1906. Multicoloured photographic picture postcard with picture of "Cataract Gorge from Tea Rooms, Launceston, Tasmania," sent from Hobart to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1906. Franked with a  pair of 1 penny red of Tasmania, perforated 11, Scott #103. The stamp at right has faulty perforations at right. The stamps are tied by "HOBART RR/ TASMANIA" c.d.s. of 7 May 06. Honolulu arrival of May 31st 1906. The postcard is in Very Fine condition, entirely without blemish. 30.00
